Whats harder to get into University of Michigan Ann Arbor or University of Minnesota?

I currently have a GPA of 3.85 and an ACT score of 25
I am a junior in high school and have participated in 7 sports and clubs and also have sustained a job at copps grocery store. With that resume which school would be easier to get into?

In Minnesota can you get into an 18+ club with only a photo ID drivers permit?

I’m wondering because someone told me that they wouldn’t allow you in, even if you were 18 if you used your permit. You’d need license or a state ID. Is this true?

How old do you have to be to get into a bar or club in minnesota (minneapolis area)?
