Minnesota highschool student interested in starting a debate club to compete against other highschool students?

any suggestions? I would like to start a debate club in my highschool for students to debate and compete against other highschools i tried looking online for debate organizations that you can join that let you do this but i was unsuccessful
also, any suggestions on topic of what too debate? or more information on debate [...]
