Whats harder to get into University of Michigan Ann Arbor or University of Minnesota?

I currently have a GPA of 3.85 and an ACT score of 25
I am a junior in high school and have participated in 7 sports and clubs and also have sustained a job at copps grocery store. With that resume which school would be easier to get into?
